Product Review: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil

I'm a product junkie.  I admit it.  But instead of going to meetings, I'm just going to share the love with all of you.

I am currently all about the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil.

After hearing about them and seeing them used in youtube makeup tutorials, I bought one.  And damn, are they great.  Picture the smoothest, creamiest, most pigmented pencil you own.  Now multiply that by at LEAST 10.  These are friggin' miraculous.

Milk--shown here, is probably the most popular.  It's opaque white, extremely blendable, and amazing as a base.  When I use this under my shadows they go on smooth and bright and stay all day.  This is a cream stick, so you're going to need a primer underneath if you want creaseless all day wear, and setting it with powder is a must.

I bought the 'Milk' and 'Black Bean' pencils to start, but I have about eight more in the mail that I'm psyched to try.  But experimenting with the black and white has been fab.  For instance: putting a bright or light shadow over the black pencil deepens the color and adds a ton of dimension.  I'm so looking forward to blending a blue shadow over the cherry pencil for an easy smokey purple.
Also, these are pretty darned affordable, retailing between $4.10 and $4.80 each.  There's a ton of product in one stick, and a little goes a long way since they're so pigmented.  You can also pot these (videos on youtube, ask and I'll link to one) and use them like smudgepots.

I'm in love.
